Rest rooms need re-conditioning. They are getting old and need sprucing up. Dark and dingy and need more lighting. If one has children, this is a great park, but if its just you and the spouse, it can be very loud with children programs and karaoke singing until 9:30 p.m. Prices quite high compared to so many other comparable parks.

This is a wonderful RV Park. The 360 degree scenery is so great. You see the Marina, forest, Umqua River and ocean. Walking distance to lots of restaurants in the area. You don't see this park traveling the 101 Highway so you just have to stop in there to see for yourself. You'll need more than an overnight stay to appreciate. Great sunsets!

One of the newest campgrounds we stayed at on this trip. Very, very nice park with sites away from highway noise. The Club Room is large and accommodating. The staff is so helpful and great to talk with. Many river sites on premises. A must when traveling in Northern California.
